Due to the increasing demand of fragrances in Asia market, the world's largest fragrance manufacturers, namely Givaudan, DSM-Firmenich, IFF, Symrise & Takasago have branched out their manufacturing facilities on the Asian market like China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
Since the East, Asia & Asia-Pacific areas, has breed the pursuit of niche perfumes since the 20th Century, and benefited from the transparent accessibility of perfume materials, new faces of individual perfumers arise and bring waves of momentums to curate Asia perfume brands and labels. In order to nurture and support emerging brands in Asia, APF celebrate the excellence of Asia's individual perfumers and perfume brands from the professional Asia judging panels, instead from the tastes from the west.
